A common misconception about what we do in menu engineering is that we ‘want to trick you into spending more’- for example, by selling you the surf ‘n turf or another high-priced item.
That’s poor business practice, and we don’t do that.
Our goal is to help you find food you love… food you love so much that you want to come back for more.
I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on this with Jimmy Rhoades for a segment on “The List TV,” and it’s as true now as it was then, perhaps even moreso.
